Ed Mason-Smith will now lead project services for the consultancy firm CBO after a promotion to Service Line Director.
He will now push forward a number of services, including project management, programme management, portfolio management and project health checks.
“I will lead on the development of the internal and external maturity of CBO’s project services,” said Mr Mason-Smith. “The new role gives me the opportunity to be at the heart of, and influence, CBO’s exciting future.”
He first joined CBO in 2017 after working at a multi-national energy company and the States of Guernsey.
“Ed will continue to bring together the CBO principles of quality, value, flexibility and reliability into a structured service line,” said CEO Phillip Smith.
“[He will ensure] we continue to lead the way with project, programme and portfolio management."
