Senior associate Sukhvinder Chana has joined Carey Olsen's London office as a member of the firm's Guernsey corporate and finance practice.
Mr Chana advises on a broad range of complex Guernsey corporate finance matters with a focus on real estate finance, acquisition finance and structured finance.
He also advises on acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructurings, amalgamations, and migrations and regularly advises foreign banks on the Guernsey regulatory regime applicable to the promotion of goods and services on the island.
Qualifying as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2007, Mr Chana worked at another leading offshore law firm prior to joining Carey Olsen and has been listed as a 'Rising Star' in the Legal 500 2021.
