Carey Olsen has announced the promotion of three lawyers in the firm's Guernsey office.
Promoted to counsel is Julie Currie, a pensions specialist and member of both the Guernsey and Jersey trusts and private wealth teams.
Newly appointed senior associates in the Guernsey office are Colin Calvert and Rachel de la Haye. Members of the Guernsey corporate team, between them they specialise in a wide range of corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing, listings, and investment funds matters.
