Carey Olsen advises on first of its kind listing

Carey Olsen has advised on the listing of SuperSeed Capital Limited, the first publicly-listed fund-of-venture-capital-funds in the UK.

It has been listed on the Growth Market of the Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE).

SuperSeed CL is a fund structure allowing investors on public markets access to UK early-stage technology companies. This is something that has traditionally been restricted to high net worth investors.

Carey Olsen advised on the regulatory aspects of establishing the fund.

Partner Tony Lane led the listing process, supported by Matt Brehaut and Olivia Trigg.
