The Carey Olsen Corporate Finance Limited group was the leading listing agent for the International Stock Exchange last year.
It’s the 5th year in a row the group has attained this commendation.
“We are extremely proud of our market-leading position on the International Stock Exchange,” said Matthew Ecobichon, counsel in the debt capital markets team, “having further improved on an impressive performance in 2019.”

The group were involved with 60% of the high yield bonds listed in 2020.
“Our dominate position, particularly in relation to the high yield bond market, reflects our detailed understanding of the underlying transactions to which the listings relate," said Mr Ecobichon.
