Corporate, fund and private wealth specialist Carey and the funds team at law firm Carey Olsen have advised Vietnam Holding Limited on its migration from Cayman to Guernsey.
It is part of the fund's progression from AIM to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
In conjunction with the fund company migration, fund manager Dynam Capital Ltd has also migrated to Guernsey with help from Carey and Carey Olsen.
Carey acts as an administrator, company secretary and sponsor to The International Stock Exchange for the fund's migration, Main Market listing and TISE listing and provides ongoing administration services.
Client Director Rebecca Booth, who led the Carey team, explained the services provided: "Carey's combined funds and corporate capabilities enabled us to manage the migration project, corporate governance requirements and provide ongoing administration and compliance solutions that support the fund and Dynam's fund management services to Vietnam Holding Limited. Carey Olsen partner Ben Morgan led the Guernsey legal team advising the fund and was assisted by James Cooke.
