Ocorian has successfully acquired Trust Corporation International with the counsel of Bedell Cristin.
BD is an international law firm with offices in Guernsey, Jersey, and the British Virgin Isles, while Ocorian is a global fund administrator.
Ocorian has now acquired Trust Corporation Limited, a leading fiduciary firm based in Guernsey.
"We are delighted to have worked with Ocorian to complete another significant acquisition in Guernsey's financial services sector and wish the combined Ocorian / Trust Corporation business the very best of success in the future,” said Kate Ovenden, Guernsey Managing Partner.
The acquisition was announced in August this year and will expand Ocorian’s offering.
