Bedell Cristin has acted as lead counsel to The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited on the acquisition of commercial premises at Valley House, St Peter Port.
The Bedell Cristin team was led by Guernsey Managing Partner Kate Ovenden, assisted by Counsel Ann Halliday, Legal Assistant Jennifer Mills, and Jersey-based Global Managing Partner Tim Pearce.
"We were delighted to be able to assist RBSI with the successful delivery of this latest transaction for the Channel Islands Property Fund Limited," said Ms Ovenden.
"Which demonstrates not only the buoyancy in the local commercial property market but also that good-quality office accommodation is still an attractive asset class for investors."
