BDO promotes 16 across its Guernsey team

BDO in Guernsey is celebrating the success and progression of its people with 16 promotions across its audit, business operations and tax departments.

In the audit team, promotions include: Rob McGregor as senior manager; Shelley Tostevin and Kudazi Bandama as managers; Emma Archenoul and Krista De La Mare as senior assistant managers; Genevieve Bougourd and and Vennah Mutambo as assistant managers; Cody Martin and Pavan Kurrun as supervisors; Tatenda Mhongo as a senior supervisor; and Courtney Allan, qualified as an audit senior.

The business operations team has been strengthened with Amber Martin promoted to compliance officer, Denise King to executive assistant and Emma Torode to IT support technician.

Maria Devlin has progressed to manager and Magda Baczynska to supervisor within the tax and BDO Drive teams.

Richard Searle, managing director at BDO in Guernsey, said: “Supporting all of our people in their progression and development is fundamental to our culture at BDO.

“We are proud of the hard work and dedication that all of our people show here at BDO and I'm particularly pleased to see the progression of each of these 16 individuals and in such a diverse range of roles. We are excited to support them in achieving even greater success here at BDO in their new roles.”
