Aztec Group appoints new Non-Executive Director

The Aztec Group, has appointed Kathryn Purves to the Group board as a Non-Executive Director of the independent fund and corporate services provider.

With a career spanning banking, private equity, life insurance and wealth management, her experience includes investment, legal, operations, commercial and risk management roles.

Ms Purves maintains a portfolio of non-executive roles, including Non-Executive Director and Risk Committee Chair for FTSE 100-listed Intermediate Capital Group plc, and Non-Executive Director of James Hay Partnership.

As well as sitting on the Aztec Group board, she will take active roles on the Group’s risk and audit committees. Her appointment comes as the Aztec Group continues to grow its client base across Europe. The Group now administers over €370 billion of assets for more than 240 clients, with more than 950 people in five strategic jurisdictions.

Commenting on her new appointment, Ms Purves said:
