Award shortlisting for Orchard

Friday 12 May 2023

Channel Islands PR and communications agency Orchard has been recognised nationally by being shortlisted in the Small PR Consultancy of the Year category at its industry awards for the first time.

The CIPR Excellence Awards recognise the success of public relations practitioners from all around the globe.

Managing Director, Client Services Brooke Kenyon said the company enjoyed a successful 2022 which is reflected in this shortlisting.

“Our ambition from the very beginning was to aim high, and benchmark ourselves against the very best agencies in the industry. To say I am proud of our team is an understatement. Seeing the hard work, drive, and dedication of everyone at Orchard result in national recognition is something of a dream for us.

“We always relish the opportunity to place Guernsey firmly on the PR map globally, and demonstrate the capacity there is on the island to do award-winning work for our clients.”

Managing Director, Operations Chris Chilton added that this recognition is particularly important to the Orchard team.

“Previously our brilliant team has celebrated regional awards success with both the CIPR and PRCA, but achieving this shortlist for an award on a national level is reflective not only of all the great work our team does each day, but of our year-on-year growth, our solid business strategy, and our commitment to delivering impact for clients.”

The Excellence Awards are run by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and the ceremony will take place at The Royal Lancaster in London on 28 June.
