A new opportunity has been created at this highly respected, multi jurisdictional legal firm who has an open and progressive working environment. Responsibilities will include advising on group-wide governance matters, own and have a strong working knowledge of the governance framework documentation, provide full board support to the Legal Executive Board and manage a small team. Candidates should be familiar and comfortable working with stakeholders and partners / practice partners across various jurisdictions, have strong managerial experience in industry and/or professional practice with relevant Legal/ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualifications.
