We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced PA or secretary to join a leading offshore law firm as a Business Assistant. Duties to include typing up documents and correspondence, making and managing appointments and organising meeting rooms, coordinating business trips for fee earners, completing expense claims, opening and closing matters, raising invoices in an accurate and timely manner and supporting the wider Business Assistants and department as required. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years' experience as a PA or secretary, have excellent accuracy and organisational skills and a confident and professional telephone manner. Experience in a legal form would be desirable.
